Evaluation of Formations

This component allows to establish a questionnaire of evaluation of the trainings(formations) and to subject it to the students. It is based on the component EDF which must be beforehand installed.The administrators create in BACKEND the questionnaire, identical to all the trainings(formations), and define evaluations for every intervention (material(subject) / participant / period of evaluation) of every training(formation).When he logs in FRONTEND, the student sees the list of the trainings(formations) on which he is registered and their current corresponding evaluations. He fills his questionnaires. His(her,its) answers feed the statistics of evaluation. A spreadsheet downloadable excell in the backoffice of the constituent(component), the section parameters, allows the administrators(directors) to visualize(display) the results(profits) which concern them.

The reponsables of training(formation) can send e-mails en masse to all the students and all the teachers of a training(formation)The registration of the students in the trainings(formations) can be made in FRONTEND by every student or globaly by CSV import of all the students of a training(formation)

Installation

Prerequisite

This component works with EDF, management of formations component which must be installed thus beforehand.

Installation of the component

The component installs via the backoffice according to the standard JOOMLA procedure.

Parameter setting of the component

Preparation of the questionnaire

Finalize the questionnaire by creating an unlimited number of questions followed by a comment. The questionnaire is identical for all the trainings(formations)

Definition and publication of the evaluations

Define evaluations for each of the interventions (See the component EDF for the definition of the interventions and the formations. An intervention = a material(subject) + a teacher + a period)

Affect(Allocate) a period of evaluation for every intervention. The evaluations will be available in FRONTEND during the duration of defined periodPublication of the evaluationsOnce the trainings(formations) and the correctly parametrized evaluations, the students can fill(perform) the questionnaires of evaluations for the trainings(formations) on which they are registered

Consultation of the evaluations

Every administrator can visualize(display) the evaluations which concern him. The central administrator can consult all the evaluations of all the formations.To consult the evaluations it is necessary to download the excell file in the page "Paramètres" of the component and to export the evaluations which we wish to visualize
